- they mentioned that Nakai-san and JunJun knew each other from before;
- when JunJun first came to Tokyo (from Osaka, i assume), Nakai-san was nice enough to bring him a fridge (! o.o) because JunJun didn't have one...
- so Nakai-san drove the fridge to then JunJun's place in Tokyo, and that's probably the first time they saw each other (?) so Nakai-san was expecting a plainly-dressed, shy, polite youth, who would call him "Nakai-senpai" when they meet...
- but when the door opened, Nakai-san saw a young man dressed in fashionable clothes, and what he said when he first saw Nakai-san was

KicchiSSU! (i think it sounds like this? or "KocchiSSU!"? or Ku.. = =)
(i'm sorry, my limited japanese knowledge does not allow me to tell you what it means. I only know how it sounds XD... according to my guess, it could mean stuff like "You're here!" said in a very... unique... funny way? o.0 please help me, people who can explain it =.=;)
- when Nakai-san mentioned the above story, JunJun was embarrassed and turned away XD
